We accept all Debit/Credit cards, PayPal & Stripe.

For Debit/Credit card & Paypal, please select Paypal as payment method. No account is needed if you're paying with Debit/Credit card.

You may track your item by clicking the tracking number provided in your email or through our Tracking Page.

Please contact our customer success team at hello@shopthousandmiles.com if your order has not arrived after the estimated shipping time.

You can only use one promotion code at a time (unless stated otherwise).

This also means that a personalised promo code cannot be used during an on-going promotion.

Once you have selected the items for your order, click on the shopping bag icon and start the checkout process.

On the checkout page, you‘ll see a field that says PROMO CODE.

Enter the code exactly as it appears (codes are case-sensitive and may include special characters), then click APPLY.

You can only use one promotion code at a time (unless stated otherwise), and you can’t apply a promotion code after you've submitted your order.

You cannot change or cancel your order after it’s been placed.

Delivery & Tracking

Your delivery time will be dependent on your location and the item(s) you’re purchasing. To check a specific delivery timeframe, simply enter your suburb and postcode on any product page to see all your available delivery options, times and fees. Please note that the delivery dates displayed on the product page and delivery page at checkout are estimates, as we cannot guarantee that a parcel won’t encounter delays within the network.

Once your parcel has been shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. However, if you’re facing difficulty tracking your parcel or if you have not received a shipping confirmation email after 3 business days, please get in touch with us at hello@shopthousandmiles.com.

Usually when a parcel is in transit, the tracking status will be stagnant. However, if you have concerns regarding your parcel, feel free to reach out to us at hello@shopthousandmiles.com for us to further assist you with your order.

In a case where you did not manage to receive your order due to failed delivery, please reach out to us via email at hello@shopthousandmiles.com. Note that a fee of A$10.00 will incur if you opt for a re-shipment or a cancellation.

All of our deliveries are Authority To Leave, and we always recommend that you choose a delivery location where someone can accept your delivery. If you’re not home, it’s up to the driver's discretion to either leave the parcel in a safe place at your delivery location or leave the parcel at a collection point.

Return & Exchanges

We offer easy returns and exchanges on any order within 45 days of purchase (excluding Clearance Items and Gift Cards). Please go through our detailed Returns & Exchange Policy. For further clarification, do reach out to us via hello@shopthousandmiles.com.

Kindly note that clearance items and free gifts cannot be returned.

With a stringent quality check in place, sometimes these defective items slip through the cracks. We'd like to make this right by sending you a replacement. Do send us pictures of the defect and send it to hello@shopthousandmiles.com within 7 days after you have received the order and we will process a replacement for you.

Do email us at hello@shopthousandmiles.com for us to rearrange for the right order to be sent your way as soon as possible. For orders within Australia, we will issue a prepaid label to have the wrongly sent item(s) to be delivered back to us.

Exchange will be processed once we have received your return tracking information, therefore, please ensure that the information is provided to our Customer support team! As for refunds, we will process your refunds once the return order has arrived at the warehouse and passed inspections.
